Chris Santucci of Racing Eclipse recently let us tour the shop. It was an awesome experience and we are all really grateful for such a cool opportunity. Racing Eclipse specializes in sprint cars and have also branched out into industrial machining. They also have a pretty awesome racing history. Check out their site here.

Thats a customer’s Factory Five GTM. Its a mid-engined kit car that is currently set up with LS7 power and a Porsche transmission. Its an awesome build that Racing Eclipse currently took on.

Racing Eclipse’s retail selection is pretty big. Which is awesome because they’re a nice local shop that you can just drive up to.
Thats Chris showing us a shock that was in for service. They rebuild all kinds of shocks (given they can be disassembled). They have pretty sweet pricing on rebuilds and they have a ton of experience in this area as well.

Chris also showed us their awesome trailer. This thing was the size of an 18-wheeler and could probably hold 4 race cars, and it had a lounge as well!
All in all, it was an awesome tour! After the tour we were all boosted and ready to get back to work on the baja car. We’ll check in later with more updates on that!
